Our paneer making machine is another strong segment for our company. We manufacture paneer vats, pressing systems, coagulation tanks and cutting tables. Some customers require a semi-automatic process to produce their Paneer, while others prefer to have fully manual control of their production to save costs. Paneer yield from the heating process is based on how well the temperature is controlled and how the curd is handled after heating. We ensure accurate temperature control and uniform mixing of product during the heating process to minimise product loss (waste). Cleaning is kept simple and easy to do as daily wash downs are mandatory in the Paneer processing area.
Our unit for making mawa and khoya is designed with continuous heating and thickening in mind. Steam-jacketed and open pan kettle designs are available. The cost of fuel is a concern for any operator in our industry. Achieving a kettle design allowing for optimal heating transfer so that steam consumption can be controlled is another area that operators look for in machinery. Operator preference is for operation simplicity/efficiency therefore; we provide simple operating controls. Examples include heavy-duty agitators, proper gearbox designs, and the kettle has a stable foundation. These are all important aspects of operation for long periods of time.
Our ghee kettle machine provides operators with safety features; the operator can control the heating process to ensure the safe discharge of the processed product. The burnt smell associated with poor-quality ghee is a common complaint for many kettles used by ghee processing plants. We provide the products used to create uniform heat through the finite design of the kettle's jacket; another means of controlling the temperature is by providing the correct speed of the agitator. Another aspect that needs to be considered is; ghee collects in the kettle at a rapid rate during ghee processing; therefore, we provide the operator with the equipment to facilitate the removal and cleaning of the ghee from the kettle. Plant operation time has been lost during the process because of the design of the kettle used to manufacture ghee.
As a dairy equipment manufacturer and supplier, we perform all types of fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing/trial at our facility located in Ahmedabad, India. The choice of stainless steel grade depends on the requirements of the particular application. We mainly supply SS 304 and SS 316 grade as required. Weld finishing is extremely critical as dairy applications do not tolerate or are not permitted to have any contamination risk. Basic testing will take place prior to being shipped to the customer. We will assist the customer after installation with their first production runs.
